Are you or someone you know getting married soon? If so, did you know you can purchase wedding insurance?
There are endless things that can go wrong up to and on the day of any wedding. The average wedding in the U.S. costs $26,000. You would protect your car, why not your wedding?
Wedding insurance can be purchased up to 14 days before the "Big Day". Wedding insurance covers non reimbursable expenses if the wedding has to be postponed due to severe weather such as a hurricane, commercial transportation shut-down when the bride, groom or their parents cannot get to the wedding venue, a call to military duty for the bride or groom, or even sudden illness.
Also included is repair or replacement of the brides gown, grooms tux, wedding rings and wedding gifts if they become stolen, damaged or lost.
Protection is also available for expenses incurred if a vendor goes out of business, declares bankruptcy or fails to show up. If your vendor suddenly becomes unavailable and you can find a replacement, the difference in cost will be covered.
There is also an option to add liability if someone gets injured or causes damage to the property.
Premiums are minimal for the peace of mind your "investment" is protected.
